Please prepare the following information for your speaker profile and conference materials.

- Submit speaker name and affiliation
- Provide professional title
- Submit 100–150 word biography

Biography Format
Speaker biographies should be written in third person and be suitable for use on the conference website, program, proceedings, and promotional materials.
Recommended Structure
Begin with your current role, followed by your area of expertise, relevant accomplishments, and connection to cybersecurity education.

Headshot Requirements
High-quality headshots help CISSE present speakers professionally across the website, printed program, proceedings, signage, and marketing materials.
- Both shoulders visible
- Framed from mid-chest upward
- Plain white, gray, or neutral background
- Soft, even lighting
- Sharp, high-resolution image
- Full hairstyle visible
- Busy backgrounds
- Backlighting or harsh shadows
- Selfies or screenshots
- Social media profile images
- Overly tight crops
- Heavy filters or excessive image manipulation
- AI-edited portraits that materially alter your appearance
Minimum: 1200 × 1200 pixels
Preferred: 2000+ pixels
Format: JPG or PNG
Crop: Mid-chest upward
Background: White, gray, or neutral
Optimized: AI-edited portraits are permitted, provided they preserve your authentic appearance and meet these guidelines.
Presentation Materials
Speakers may be asked to provide presentation materials for inclusion in conference proceedings or supporting digital resources.
- Final presentation slides, preferably PDF
- Supplemental handouts or worksheets
- Reference links or reading lists
- Research, project, or program URLs
- GitHub repositories, datasets, or code examples when applicable
- Media files required for the presentation
