Executive Order on Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity
Executive Order 14028 was issued by President Biden on May 12, 2021. The order requires agencies to enhance cybersecurity and software supply chain integrity and outlines a series of actions to be taken by federal agencies and defines cybersecurity requirements for government contractors. -

HAFNIUM targeting Exchange Servers with 0-day exploits
Microsoft has detected multiple 0-day exploits being used to attack on-premises versions of Microsoft Exchange Server in limited and targeted attacks. In the attacks observed, the threat actor used these vulnerabilities to access on-premises Exchange servers which enabled access to email accounts, and allowed installation of additional malware to facilitate long-term access to victim environments.

The Colloquium™ recognizes that the protection of information and infrastructures that are used to create, store, process, and communicate information is vital to business continuity and security. The goal of The Colloquium™ is to work together to define current and emerging requirements for information assurance education and to influence and encourage the development and expansion of information assurance curricula, especially at the graduate and undergraduate levels.

28th Colloquium - Program Committee
The Editorial Board would like to thank the CISSE community for their amazing contributions and commitments to our discipline. We had 38 papers submitted, with 84 volunteers, and over 500 bids to review. This overwhelming response is heartwarming, knowing that so many care about the research that we do.
