In 2000, The Founders Award was the first award given by The Colloquium to a nationally recognized "thought leader" and practitioner of Information Security education. Eleven years later, The Colloquium has expanded award recognition to honor cybersecurity leaders across Industry, Government and Academia.

The 2021 conference of the Colloquium on Information Systems Security Education (CISSE) celebrates its 25th year as the senior and premier conference on Cybersecurity Education. The program will be a virtual / online conference from October 4th to 6th, 2021. The following is the evolving agenda for the October session. Event information will be added as it becomes available.

For 25 years, the Colloquium for Information Systems Security Education (CISSE) provides the sole forum in which the members of the academic field of cybersecurity gather to present and discuss emerging trends and ideas. Our government and industry partners actively collaborate to provide information on persistent cyber issues. This balance serves to provide input for our stakeholders across disciplines to reinforce a shared mission.

We are looking for Volunteers for the 25th Colloquium, to be held online from October 4-6 2021. Volunteers are needed for the Planning Committee, Paper Reviewers, and online moderators.

The annual Colloquium on Information Systems Security Education (CISSE) represents a unique opportunity to present your organization in a highly focused manner not to the geeks, who are interested in Cybersecurity, but to the Uber-Geeks who teach Cybersecurity. These members of CISSE, along with members who are care about how that education is made, have been meeting together for 25 years to figure out how to teach those things which are hard to teach.
